“We fell in love with Lemons Cottage the moment we saw it. It only got better. Once inside it was like a wonderfully appointed Tardis from the kitchen through the lounge to the cinema room and eventually the bedrooms.” Bill - May 2019

Vintage Tiger Moth Flight

A wonderful opportunity to take to the air in a Vintage Tiger Moth for your ‘Sunset Patrol’ flight over the North Devon Beaches used by the American Forces prior to ‘D’ DAY.  These aircraft were used during World War 11 by the Royal Air Force to train its pilots to eventually go on to fly Spitfires and Hurricanes.  For flying enthusiasts or absolute beginners, there is no greater thrill than flying in the open cockpit of a Tiger Moth.

Arlington Court & the National Trust Carriage Museum

Arlington Court is an unexpected jewel on the edge of Exmoor, a complete family estate held by the Chichester family for over five hundred years. The collection consists of treasures for all tastes, from model ships to shells, collected over several generations. The house itself, built in 1823 and extended in 1860, has an austere facade. However, inside the cosy rooms purvey a homely, family atmosphere.
